Our Motto: “Because it’s More Than a Game.” For the leadership & coaches of the PYBL, this motto means the privilege of having the opportunity to help build strong character & instill positive values that will have a lasting influence on the lives of our young players through the game of baseball.
We believe key to the success of PYBL is open communication between parents, coaches, players & league officials. With a shared understanding of the league’s vision, mission & goals, we believe this will lead to a richer & more fulfilling experience for your children. Your value-added input, participation & support throughout & beyond the season is both welcomed & appreciated.
The Vision: It is the vision of the PYBL to be the definitive youth sports program throughout this & other communities, serving as a model for all youth sports programs to emulate.
Mission: We will accomplish our vision by always making our youth the primary focus of everything we do. We will conduct ourselves with honor and integrity. We will serve as examples to our players by displaying the character, traits and behaviors we wish to instill in them. We will do so in a manner that will make our players proud to be PYBL.
PYBL Goals:
A. Enhance our perception & reality of our league
B. Enhance the quality of the experience for the players
C. Increase League Participation
D. Increase the competitive skill level of our players
E. Increase Community Involvement
F. Improve Quality of Coaching and Instruction
G. Improve Quality of Umpiring
H. Improve Quality of Fields
I. Create a Multi-Field Complex
J. Raise funding to support league goals
PYBL goals will be accomplished over time through a series of on-going activities including, but not limited to the following:
1. Player Evaluation Day
2. Coaches Clinic
3. Umpire Clinic
4. PYBL Fund-raising activities
It takes a great deal of time, money & the efforts of many volunteers to provide proper & well-maintained equipment & the fields necessary to ensure the health and safety of our players. To this end, we have
scheduled 4 fundraisers for this season. We appreciate your support & your participation as we work together to build a better PYBL

Sponsorship Program
PYBL is introducing a sponsorship program for the second year. Simply put, local businesses support the league by supporting a team or teams. Thus, lending greatly to the growth, development and success of our program. We ask that you support those who support the league through your patronage of these local businesses.
